By using the services of Waggy Tails Ormskirk, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

We offer dog boarding and daycare services in a home-from-home environment. Each booking is subject to availability and acceptance.

2. Booking & Payment

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

• Full payment is due before or at the time of your dog’s stay.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a charge.

3. Health & Behaviour

• All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and flea/tick treatments.

• We reserve the right to decline or end a stay if a dog displays aggressive or unsafe behaviour.

4. Owner Responsibility

• You agree to provide accurate health and behaviour information before your dog’s stay.

• You authorise us to seek veterinary care if needed (we will always contact you first where possible).

• You are responsible for any damage your pet causes during their stay.

5. Liability

We will take all reasonable care of your dog. However, Waggy Tails Ormskirk cannot be held liable for:

• Illnesses or injuries caused by pre-existing conditions

• Minor injuries from play or group interactions

• Damage caused by inaccurate information provided at booking

6. Photos & Media

We may take photos of your pet during their stay for use on our social media or website. Please let us know if you prefer your dog not to be included.
